Mr. O’Neill has two prosecutors assigned to review and prosecute sexual offenses perpetrated against adult victims. These seasoned superior court prosecutors also work with Law Enforcement Officers throughout Forsyth County to review charges and obtain indictments. The prosecutors assigned to this division also receive special training about effective investigation and prosecution of Ault Sex Offense Crimes. The early involvement of the District Attorney’s Office has assisted with the successful prosecution of two serial rapists.
